Returns Policy

Made the wrong choice? Make a return!

Refunds are not possible however exchanges for wrong size, different fabric or store credit are welcome. Exchanges are welcome on made-to-order items as long as there is no size customisations (standard size items only). Please email me with your name & order number to initiate a return. Return shipping is at the customers expense though I will cover the shipping for the replacement item to be sent to you.

Full priced pieces can be returned for an Exchange or Store Credit within 30 days of placing your order. 

Only 1 exchange is permitted per original order eg. you can exchange *4* (or any number of tops) 1 time.

Store Credits (Gift cards) have a validity of 1 year (12 months) and cannot be extended.

Returns are welcome on made-to-order items however fabric will depend on availability. Returns cannot be accepted for custom sized items or final sale styles.

• Items that have been washed and/or worn cannot be returned. 
• Return shipping is at your expense, I will cover the shipping for the replacement item to be sent to you.
* No changes can be made to your return request once you have posted your return.
• I will inspect all items upon receipt. Items that are not in their original condition, will be returned back to you.
